  • Services: Account management, marketing, and growth support

3. Scope of Services

We manage your account end-to-end, from content scheduling and posting to messaging and audience interaction. We also focus on growth. That means promoting your profile, improving reach, and helping increase revenue. On top of that, we assist with financial handling, tracking earnings, managing collections, and organizing payouts. And then there’s strategy. We guide you on what works, what doesn’t, and how to improve engagement over time. The goal is simple: make your work smoother, and your results stronger.

4. Your Responsibilities

Some responsibilities stay with you. You provide the necessary access to your account. Without that, we can’t do much. You agree to follow all platform rules and policies. No shortcuts here; it protects both sides. You are responsible for creating your content. And making sure it complies with all applicable laws and guidelines. We support and guide you throughout. But the content, and its legality, remains your responsibility.

5. Payment Terms

Let’s keep payments clear and predictable. We work on a commission basis. BLACK HUNTER DIGITAL MEDIA W.L.L earns a percentage of your net earnings. Payments are typically processed on a weekly basis. Simple, consistent, and easy to track. If there are any additional costs, like paid promotions, they’re always discussed and approved beforehand. Everything is agreed up front.

6. Intellectual Property

You own your content. That doesn’t change. All content created by you remains your intellectual property. We don’t claim ownership. However, we may use your content for promotional purposes, only where agreed and only to support your growth. Everything is used with intent. Nothing is used without reason.

7. Confidentiality

Trust matters here. Both sides agree to keep sensitive information private. That includes account details, earnings, strategies, and personal data. We treat your information with care. And expect the same in return.

8. Liability

Some things are outside our control. BLACK HUNTER DIGITAL MEDIA W.L.L is not responsible for:

  • Platform downtime or technical failures
  • Account suspensions or restrictions imposed by the platform
  • External factors that impact performance

At the same time, you agree to take responsibility for any legal issues arising from your content or activity. We do our part. But we can’t control everything.

9. Termination

You’re free to move on if needed. Either party can end the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. No complicated exit terms. Once the agreement ends:/p>

  • Full account control is returned to you
  • Any pending payments are settled

10. Force Majeure

Unexpected events happen. We’re not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control. This includes natural disasters, system outages, or sudden platform changes. In such cases, we’ll do our best to adapt quickly and keep things moving where possible.

11. Dispute Resolution

If something doesn’t go as expected, we talk first. Most issues can be resolved through simple discussion. That’s always the first step. If needed, disputes will be handled through arbitration as per the jurisprudence.

12. Changes to Terms

Things evolve, and so can these terms. We may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. If we do, you’ll be informed. Once updated, the changes take effect immediately. We recommend checking this section from time to time.
